Organized Industrial Visit At CIPLA PVT LTD , GOA

An industrial visit to Cipla Limited, Goa was organized on Monday, 09/02/2026, for students to gain practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and industrial operations. During the visit, students were introduced to the company’s advanced infrastructure, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control systems. The officials provided a detailed explanation of various departments including production, quality assurance, and packaging units, highlighting the step-by-step process involved in drug formulation and safety measures followed in the industry. Students also observed modern equipment and automation techniques used in large-scale manufacturing. The visit was highly informative and helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world pharmaceutical practices, enhancing students’ understanding of industrial workflows and professional standards.

Organized blood bank visit at Dattaji Bhale blood bank by field visit cell

An industrial visit to Dattaji Bhale Blood Bank and Panchshil Medical, located at Dr. Hedgewar Hospital, was organized by Yash institute on 8 January 2026 for the second-year students of Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad, under the academic and experiential learning framework of the institution. The visit was conducted to provide students with structured practical exposure to hospital-based medical services and blood banking operations. Students were oriented about organizational functioning, donor registration and screening procedures, blood collection methods, aseptic techniques, storage practices, and blood component handling. The interaction with healthcare professionals enabled students to understand quality assurance systems, ethical standards, and safety protocols followed in healthcare services. The activity significantly contributed to outcome-based education by enhancing students’ professional competence, social responsibility, and application of theoretical knowledge in real clinical settings, thereby strengthening institutional objectives of holistic and experiential learning.

A field visit to the botanical garden owned and maintained by Mr. Prashant Gire under Jansahyog Sevabhavi Bahuuddeshiy Samajik Sanstha, Padegaon, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, was organized on 14th August 2025, for third-year students. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to plant diversity and conservation practices by bridging classroom learning of botany with real-life applications. During the visit, students observed various medicinal, ornamental, rare, and endangered plant species and gained insights into their ecological significance, medicinal and economic value, and scientific methods of identification. The activity successfully enhanced students’ understanding of biodiversity conservation, promoted environmental awareness, and emphasized the indispensable role of plants in maintaining ecological balance and sustaining life.
