Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Yash Institute of Pharmacy is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in education,
ensuring quality enhancement, and promoting continuous improvement in academic
and administrative processes. Established as a proactive and collaborative
body, IQAC operates under the guidelines set by the National Assessment and
Accreditation Council (NAAC) to institutionalize a quality assurance framework
within the college.
IQAC plays a critical role in embedding quality standards
across all dimensions of the institution, from curriculum development and
teaching methodologies to infrastructural growth and administrative efficiency.
By designing and implementing feedback mechanisms, IQAC gathers insights from
students, faculty, and stakeholders to shape quality benchmarks and innovative
practices.
Key functions of the IQAC include:
- Promoting
a learner-centered environment and encouraging faculty participation in
teaching innovations. - Ensuring
periodic evaluation of teaching and learning outcomes to maintain academic
rigor. - Facilitating
workshops, seminars, and collaborative activities aimed at enhancing
institutional and faculty development. - Coordinating
with all departments to prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)
as per NAAC and SSS guidelines.
Through its consistent quality initiatives, IQAC aspires to
make Yash Institute of Pharmacy a center of excellence in pharmaceutical
education and research, aligning with national and global standards.
