GRAND SECOND CONVOCATION CEREMONY HELD AT YASH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:
The Second Convocation Ceremony of Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar was celebrated with great enthusiasm and academic dignity in the presence of eminent dignitaries, faculty members, graduating students and their parents. The ceremony was presided over by Founder Director Dr. Subhash Devhade Patil, while noted legal expert and social activist Adv. Vishal Kadam attended as the Chief Guest.
The ceremony began with Maharashtra Geet, lighting of the ceremonial lamp and Saraswati Poojan, creating a traditional and graceful academic atmosphere. During the convocation, students who successfully completed the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) programme were awarded their degree certificates at the hands of the dignitaries. The presence of parents along with the students made the occasion emotional and memorable.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Adv. Vishal Kadam congratulated the graduates and stated that the degree received today is not only a symbol of academic success but also a responsibility towards society. He advised students to achieve success through honesty, discipline, hard work and dedication, and to use their knowledge for the betterment of society.
In his presidential remarks, Dr. Subhash Devhade Patil said that Yash Institute of Pharmacy has always focused on quality education along with research, innovation and social commitment. He added that the graduating students are the true representatives of the institute and expressed confidence that they will contribute positively to the healthcare sector and society.
On this occasion, best wishes were conveyed by the institute’s founder Hon. Shri Yashwantrao Gadakh, Hon. Shri Shankarrao Gadakh, President of Taisaheb Kadam Sevabhavi Foundation Hon. Shri Vijay Gadakh, and Vice-President of Mula Education Society Hon. Shri Udayan Gadakh.
The programme was successfully organised under the guidance of the Principal with the dedicated efforts of teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students. The Second Convocation Ceremony concluded in a proud, disciplined and celebratory atmosphere.
“Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Program”
Six day workshop was organized by Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad in association with Sahyog Foundation, Aurangabad on topic, “Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Program” at Yash institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad. This program is designed by Mahindra Pride Classroom project of Naandi foundation especially for final year students.
The main objective of this program was,
- To help students overcome their fear of speaking in English.
- To instill confidence in students.
- To make students socially aware and responsible citizens.
- To increase students’ employability quotient.
Mrs. Sanveer Chabda was the main trainer who conducted various sessions for students. During this workshop various activities conducted by trainer like Body Language, Grooming & Hygiene, Soft Skills, General Conversations, Communication Skills, Professional Ethics, Group Discussion, Interview Skills & Post-Assessment, Mock Interviews, Poster presentation etc. Final year students of B. Pharmacy actively participated in this activities.
At the last day of workshop students gave their feedback about the workshop. Some of students said that, this workshop will help for building their personalities. At the end of program trainer appreciated the best students with gifts.
