Skill Development Program for OBC Students (06/04/2026)
The Skill Development Cell organized a Skill Development Program on 06 April 2026 for B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy students to enhance employability skills and create awareness about career opportunities in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare sectors.
The program included expert sessions by Mr. Vinod Jarhad and Mr. Gaurav Dhayade, who shared insights on pharmaceutical distribution, medical supply chain management, diagnostic laboratories, entrepreneurship, and career development. The activity is a part of the 90-Hour Skill Development Initiative under the OBC/ST/SC/Minority Cell.
A total of 155 students and 20 faculty members participated in the program. The session provided valuable industry exposure and helped students develop practical, professional, and career-oriented skills.

CESE Course on “Environment, Hazardous Waste Management and Sustainability”
CESE Course on “Environment, Hazardous Waste Management and Sustainability” was organized on 04/05/2025 under the Student and Staff Development Cell and coordinated by Ms. P. A. Karpe, with Mr. Atin Pandey as the resource person. The course focused on creating awareness among first-year students regarding environmental protection, proper management of hazardous waste, and sustainable development practices. The session emphasized the importance of environmental responsibility and encouraged students to adopt eco-friendly practices in their personal and professional lives.
CESE Course on “Human Values and Professional Ethics”
CESE Course on “Human Values and Professional Ethics” was organized on 13/04/2025 under the Student and Staff Development Cell and coordinated by Ms. P. A. Karpe. The session was conducted by Ms. P.A. Karpe for IV Semester (Second Year) B. Pharm students. The course focused on developing ethical values, moral responsibility, integrity, and professional conduct among students. It emphasized the importance of human values in personal and professional life, encouraging students to become responsible professionals and contribute positively to society.
Seminar on Sensitization Course on Indian Constitution: Duties, Rights and Responsibilities
Seminar on Sensitization Course on Indian Constitution: Duties, Rights and Responsibilities was organized on 15/10/2024 under the CESE Course and coordinated by Ms. P. S. Naykodi. The session aimed to create awareness among students about the fundamental rights, duties, and responsibilities of citizens as enshrined in the Constitution of India. It highlighted the importance of constitutional values, social justice, equality, and responsible citizenship, encouraging students to contribute positively to society and uphold democratic principles.

CS 24102: Communication skills and personality development for job interview success
Blended learning course on “CS24102: Communication skills and personality development for job interview success” was administered in blended mode (online + Offline) through https://mintedutech.com platform. This course was conducted under MoU with Mintbotics Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Enrollment students was done through Google Form from 04/11/2023 to 24/11/2023. On 06/11/2023, the students were introduced to the platform and online course completion methodology. The students were mentored by Mrs. P.S. Naykodi regarding course content and quiz preparation. The students then continued with the course completion for next one month using the online platform. Upon successful completion of the course and quizzes, the participants were awarded certificates.
ICT 23301: Microsoft Office Complete Training
The ICT 23301: Microsoft Office Complete Training is a comprehensive initiative aimed at building practical proficiency of students across key Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Delivered in a blended format through the Mintedutech (https://mintedutech.com) platform, the course provided students with both online and offline learning opportunities. An orientation session was held on April 18, 2024, introducing participants to the platform and course structure. Students were mentored by Mr. R.B. Naiknaware, who provided guidance on course content and quiz preparation to ensure effective learning. Over the next month from 18/04/2024 to 18/05/2024, participants engaged with course material at their own pace, completing modules and quizzes through the online platform. Upon fulfilling the course requirements, students were awarded certificates, acknowledging their mastery of essential Office tools for academic and professional use.

Online course on “SS24401: Soft skills for pharmacy students.” was administered in blended mode (online + Offline) through https://mintedutech.com platform. This course was conducted under MoU with Mintbotics Edutech Pvt. Ltd. On 06/11/2023, the students were introduced to the platform and online course completion methodology. The students were mentored by Dr. R. B. Chavhan regarding course content and quiz preparation. The students then continued with the course completion for next one month from 06/12/2023. using the online platform. Upon successful completion of the course and quizzes, the participants were awarded certificates.
