IQAC stands for Internal Quality Assurance Cell, which is a quality assurance mechanism established in colleges and universities to monitor, guide, and enhance the academic and administrative performance of the institution. The purpose of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of institutions.
