Welcome to the Feedback Cell of Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad. Our Feedback Cell ensures continuous improvement in academic and institutional performance through structured feedback collection, analysis, and action planning. The process is aligned with NAAC requirements and fosters transparency, collaboration, and quality enhancement.

Objectives

  1. Collect feedback from students, alumni, parents, faculty, and employers to assess
    institutional effectiveness.
  2. Analyze feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  3. Implement actionable plans based on feedback through Action Taken Reports (ATRs).

Feedback Process

  1. Collection:
    • Frequency: Students (twice a semester), Alumni & Employers (annually)
    • Modes: Online surveys, suggestion boxes, focused group discussions
  2. Analysis:
    • Feedback is consolidated, categorized, and analyzed using tools like Excel to
      track trends and stakeholder satisfaction.
  3. Action
    Taken Reports (ATR)
    :
    • Identified improvements are planned and executed. The ATRs are reviewed and approved in feedback committee meetings before being shared with stakeholders.
