The successful conclusion of the Two Day National Workshop on Pharmaceutical Research Methodology in the Modern Era held on 29th & 30th May 2024 at Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and industry professionals across the country. The workshop provided a comprehensive understanding of modern pharmaceutical research techniques, with a focus on integrating technology and data driven approaches to advance the field. It featured insightful sessions led by renowned experts. Experts shared their valuable knowledge on cutting-edge research methodologies in pharmaceutical science. Two-day hands-on workshop on “Empowering Research: Statistical Analysis Using Advanced Software” 26 & 27 April 2024
In today’s pharmaceutical research landscape, data analysis plays a pivotal role in deriving meaningful insights and making informed decisions. Statistical methods provide the framework for analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and validating hypotheses. To equip final year students with the necessary skills in statistical analysis, IIC conducted a Two days’ hands-on workshop tailored to the specific needs of researchers and practitioners in the field.
In an era of evidence-based medicine and rigorous regulatory requirements, proficiency in statistical analysis is indispensable for pharmaceutical professionals. Dr. Gajanan Vaishnav conducted hands-on workshop which offers a unique opportunity to enhance statistical skills and apply them to real-world pharmaceutical research scenarios.

National Pharmacy Education Day 06/03/23024
The Yash Institute of Pharmacy
witnessed a spectacular celebration of National
Pharmacy Education Day, with a focus on fostering collaboration between
academia and industry. The event, themed “Leveraging Synergism: Industry
Academia Partnership for Implementation of National Education Policy,”
brought together students, faculty, and industry experts in a vibrant exchange
of ideas and insights.
The highlight of the day was a
captivating skit titled “The Synergistic Connection,” performed by
the institute’s talented students. The skit underscored the importance of
collaboration in shaping a comprehensive and industry relevant pharmacy
education.
Enlightening speeches by students,
faculty members, and a distinguished industry representative emphasized the
mutual benefits of industry academia collaboration. The panel discussion
explored practical strategies to strengthen this partnership, aligning

Poster Presentation Competition: Indigenous Technologies in Viksit

In a groundbreaking initiative to
celebrate indigenous innovations, Yash Institute of Pharmacy hosted a vibrant
Science Day Poster Presentation Competition with the theme “Indigenous
Technologies in Viksit Bharat” (Developed India) on 02/03/2024 in seminar
hall. The event aimed to spotlight the remarkable strides made by budding
nation in harnessing homegrown technologies for the betterment of the nation
and globe indeed as “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”.
Students showcased their innovative
prowess through a diverse array of poster presentations, covering topics
ranging from pharmaceutical innovations, space development, field of renewable
energy, growing economy etc. The judging panel, comprising esteemed faculty
members, who diligently evaluated the presentations based on creativity,
scientific rigor, and presentation skills.

In a significant stride towards fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among the students, Institute recently organized a workshop on in collaboration with MAGIC on “Achieving Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit.” The workshop, held on 29/02/2024, brought together students, faculty, and MAGIC facilitator to delve into the intricacies of developing viable solutions and aligning them with market needs. Shri Prasad Kokil Sir Eminent personality from the field of entrepreneurship and product development graced the event as speakers. He shared his invaluable insights and experiences, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and strategies involved in achieving problem-solution fit and product-market fit. Building on the success of this workshop, Yash Institute of Pharmacy remains committed to organizing more events focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry-relevant skills. We, are delighted to announce the remarkable achievement by our students Ms. Jana Shinde and Mr. Rushikesh Shinde, B. Pharm Final Year bagged Second Prize in National level Simulation: 3D model making competition held in Sinhgad College of Pharmacy, Vadgaon,(Bk) Pune. In this competition more than 60 models were presented by the students across the nation. Heartiest congratulations to the students on behalf of The Management, Principal, faculty and students.

The workshop emphasizes skill building, attitude shaping, and behavioural development, crucial elements for success in today’s dynamic business landscape. Group activities were organized to provide practical experience and foster teamwork among participants to emphasize the importance of financial management in various professional domains.

Ideation Workshop was conducted in association with MAGIC on 26/10/2023
The session’s keynote speaker, Shri Nikhil
Kulkarni, Joint Chief Executive Officer MAGIC known for their groundbreaking
innovations, set the stage for a day of inspiration and learning. He shared his
experiences and insights into how creative problem-solving and ideation had
played pivotal roles in successful start-up. “From Project to
Product” places a strong emphasis on adopting a customer-centric approach,
ensuring that the final products meet customer needs and expectations. To lead
this initiative, a team of seasoned industry experts, including business
strategists, product managers, and innovation specialists, has been assembled.
NISP: General Enterprising Tendency Test (GETT)

Institution’s Innovation council in collaboration with MAGIC conducted GETT General Enterprising Tendency Test for faculty members. This is an initiative taken under the NISP policy of the college. The key entrepreneurial characteristics identified include: strong motivation, characterised by a high need for achievement and for autonomy; creative tendency; calculated risk-taking; and an internal locus of control belief you have control over own destiny and make your own ‘luck’ Result, analysis and certificate were distributed to all participants
Awareness program on clinical research 09/10/2023
An awareness program on clinical research was conducted on October 9, 2023, featuring two distinguished speakers: Mr. Aditya Brahmkule, a Scientific and Medical Writer at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions, Pune, and Ms. Komal Goyal, a Clinical Research Coordinator at Ingenious Healthcare, Hadapsar, Pune. The session focused on critical areas in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including clinical research, medical coding, medical writing, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory writing. These fields are essential for the development, regulation, and communication of drugs and medical products. The speakers emphasized the need for professionals in these domains to possess strong medical and scientific knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines. The program highlighted emerging opportunities in the IT sector for pharmacy graduates, aiming to guide students toward career paths in these important fields.

Innovations Pvt. Ltd. He discussed the roles of entrepreneurship and innovation
have become increasingly significant. innovators not only fuel economic growth
but also drive social progress and transformation. He also shed light on the

The exposure and field visit to identify real
life problem
Final Year
students of Yash Institute of Pharmacy in association with MAGIC attained the
exposure and field visit to MIT.The 5th edition of Innovation Challenge on
National YOGA Day 2023, which is inspired by the announcement of the Hon’ble
Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modiji’s Mission LiFE, to bring
individual behavior to the forefront of the global climate action narrative at
the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC COP26). The challenge was under
the title of “Innovate for LiFE Challenge2023” (IFLC2023)”. This year’s theme
is based on LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) with broadening the concept to वसुधैव कुटुंबकम्.An overwhelming response from participants across 24 States, 3
Union territories, 113 Cities, 325 teams comprising 1500+ team members, and 11
