The institution has well established and functional Grievance Redressal Committee. All grievances of student and employees are redressed expeditiously, as each one is a key member of the organization. Any grievance received in written form is appropriately dealt with by the HoD. If HoD fails to solve the problem in three days the person can appeal to the Grievance Redressal Committee which shall resolves the problem within fifteen days.

Constitute a Student’s Grievance Redressal Committee having three members with
- The Joint Secretary as chairman,
- The Principal as secretary
- One senior teacher

Mechanism
- Convene an ad-hoc meeting of Students Grievance Redressal Committee and present the complaint to the Students Grievance committee. Allow chance to the student and the department/ faculty to depose before the committee.
- Communicate the decision of Students Grievance Redressal committee to the accused and the complainant in writing.
