The Training and Placement Cell of Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, organized an insightful Guest Lecture on the topic “Creating an Impactful LinkedIn Profile for Career Growth” on 10^th October 2025 at 10:30 a.m. The session, specially arranged for Third Year and Final Year B. Pharmacy students, aimed to enhance their professional development and career readiness. The guest speaker, Dr. Rohit Baban Chavhan, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and MBA in Hospital and Health System Management, Founder and Managing Director of Genosync Global Pvt. Ltd. and PWS, guided students on building a strong LinkedIn presence, personal branding, and effective networking in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. A hands-on practical demonstration encouraged students to create or update their LinkedIn profiles in real time, making the session highly interactive and engaging. The lecture provided valuable insights into digital professionalism and motivated students to leverage LinkedIn for career growth and professional networking. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Training and Placement Officer, appreciating Dr. Chavhan’s valuable contribution and inspirational session, which was well-received by all participants.
