Institutional Examination Committee (IEC)

The Institutional Examination Committee at Yash Institute of Pharmacy, Aurangabad, serves as the guiding authority for all examination-related policies and quality standards. Committed to upholding academic integrity and compliance, the committee’s objectives include:

1. Policy Development: The committee will establish, review, and refine examination policies in alignment with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) regulations, ensuring high standards of fairness and academic quality.

2. Oversight and Quality Assurance: Through systematic quality assurance and assessment innovations, the committee will guide the Examination Cell in implementing modern and objective assessment techniques that align with PCI standards.

3. Digital Academic Performance Tracking: The committee will oversee the development of a student examination data portal, ensuring real-time accessibility for students, parents, and mentors to promote informed decision-making and continuous improvement in line with PCI data handling standards.

4. Feedback-Driven Improvement: By analyzing student and faculty feedback, the committee shall direct corrective and preventive measures, focusing on long-term enhancements as per ISO 21001:2018 standards.

5. Grievance Redressal Advisory: The committee will provide guidelines for addressing examination-related concerns, promoting transparency and student welfare in compliance with PCI and ISO standards.
